Welcome to home coffee! There are lots of other brands that do sugar-free, Torani is great but they're a bit more sweetness-forward and some of the others lean more on flavor. I always have a bunch of bottles so i don't get sick of them --Monin coconut, 1833 toasted marshmallow and DaVinci rose, along with standard vanilla, caramel and hazelnut. And if there's a flavor you like, check online to see if you can find a 4-pack, they usually cost a lot less per bottle. And get yourself a pack of stainless steel bottle pourers, way less effort than pumping. Second on the TJs brown sugar oat creamer mentioned below, i don't usually do any flavored creamer because they are always too sweet. I love their plain coconut creamer. Hope you find your new fave cafe soon ♥️ xo --ex-barista

p.s. Italian soda is just soda water with syrup and a squeeze of lemon. I cannot believe what they charge for these. Raspberry is the best.

It is very difficult in this day and age to find places that encourage community and that are free or low cost. Similar to your thoughts about Starbucks, I found myself pondering Borders the other day. The way bookstores used to be places with nooks and crannies that you could hide in the steal glances at various books jackets and even read a magazine. Of course you met people in the aisles and knew the clerks. We have lost those types of communities. What is replacing it? Has to be something. Id be interested to know what you come up with.
